Where is MT4 ? 

I made trade & my fund is still there.  I must complete the trade & withdraw my fund there.

Please help me to accomplish my needs.   All my life savings are in the account. I can NOT loose that fund.

HELP me, please. 

Or , do I need to write the head office to help me ?

All trading accounts incl money for trading are related to the brokers only.
So, write to your broker's support.

1. You download and install it from your broker.
2. Where is this “there?” Only funds in your brokerage account can trade.
3. If you “can NOT loose” those funds, you shouldn't be trading with them. Trading is risky.
