Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.
Try with demo first.

It depends on where did you send your money to.

• If it is related to the broker (to your trading account) so ask your broker for support.
  
• If it is related to your forum profile so you can withdraw earned funds only from this mql5 forum profile as a validated seller (but you are not).
