hey genius, it's the same issue. the title of this post is "What is going on with the MQL5 Payment SYSTEM?" Nowhere in the title does it say it is specifically paypal or bank card or webmoney. It is about the "MQL5 Payment System" as a whole which includes all 3. stop deleting posts because they make mql5 look bad and do something useful like RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. or GIVE USEFUL INPUT TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM or communicate back to headquarters and let them know there is a real problem here. nobody needs you deleting RELEVANT posts when we're trying to resolve a problem here which the Service Desk is unable to do.

It is extremely annoying to find the same posts copied and pasted in 3 different topics.

I am sure Metaquotes is looking for an alternative as we speak. They always came ahead in the past. Even tho more stability would be appreciated by users.
So now I was planning to buy the EA but I notice that PayPal has gone missing, okey no problem I pay by mastercard then but got "declined by issuing bank". Call my bank and they say that it could be that the seller has not updated their systems to the latest purchase authorization requirement.

I also have the same problem, they have to update there system for the new secure online payments law. My bank told me it is only for payments above 30 euros.

So what i did today was: first time tried 36$..That FAILED!!!
Second time i toped up 20$.. That worked
Third time i toped up 16$.. That worked
Keep it under 30 euro's and you will be fine.

Can you pass this info to the service desk so card withdrawals will be working again? It was working for me fine , However by the time i decrease amount first it let me at smaller pieces but did not even let for 10 usd.
