Fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login and forum password.
Your forum login is maccintyre (do not use your email for login).
Use your native forum password (do not use any password received from google/facebook).
Be sure that your Windows is on 64 bit (32-bit Windows is not supported for MT5).

"deals weren't copied to my account" should be conformed by Metatrader journal/logs or MQL5 VPS journal/logs in case you are using MQL5 VPS (you should confirm it by logs).
