Would it be possible to improve this indicator even further by adding a vertical line whenever the 2 lines cross, please? The vertical line should appear not just in the indicator window but also the chart (price) window. Thanks so much.

Function for that us SendMail(text to send)

You have to set up email in the options -> email :

But be prepared that in a lot of cases email in the new metatrader 4 does not work

Volatility quality indicator is not a repainting kind of indicator so you can use it in a signaling mode freely. In any case here is this one too that is 100% sure that it does not repaint (as you can see, signals are at exactly the same places - except that this one has extras that the other does not have) : vq-nrparrowsalerts_mtf_nmc.mq4
