Would it be possible to have the arrows appear on the candle before the signal candle, even if it repaints? This would just help prepare to take the trade at the best place.

So in the example, the arrow would appear where the green arrow is, even though it can repaint.

It would not change anything since the time when the arrow gets drawn can not be changed. You can shift that arrow as much as you wish but the time when it appears will always be the same regardless of the bar it is drawn on
