I need to show the arrows on the chart at the crossing of the line
RSX and MA just outside of levels only. The levels will be set manually
in settings of indicator.
Also very good if you can to add MTF mode and visual and audible alert .

Here is a version with arrows
But I did as you made it on picture (not on every cross). So, levels are added, and if the cross down above upper level happens, then the arrow down is drawn, and if the cross up bellow the lower level happens, arrow up is drawn. Check if that is what you meant
