What is the white line in this Indicator ?

Can you please do this for me !!!

1. Need the value of White line at the end of it to show on the chart.

2. Need a buy/sell arrow with alert when the candle closes above or below the white line.

White line is simply 3 period lwma of typical price

That indicator is repainting badly - better not t use it as signal or any kind of alerts
