Those are objects. If we shift them, some results are going to be illogical (objects must be shifted using time and on the end of the week and start of the new week it would cause entering a period where there are no bars at all). Also in the case of missing bars, a problem can happen

Centered tma is used to smooth the rsx in that indicator. It is not possible to break it apart from the rsx
