Another question

Any luck enabling G browser to map cycles to market price to match the start of a cycle with a cycle low and thus achieving relative amplitude determination?

It would need a change in the code in order to achieve that, and it could be done only for "sub-cycles" (sub-waves, it can not be done for a composite values, it only can be done for an underlying sine or cosine waves that are forming the composite value). So, in that case, every sub-wave would be altered then and only then they would reconstruct the composite. There is a comment line in Goertzel browser that is saying "calculate waves". After that you have 2 lines that go like this :
if (useCosine)

goeWorkPast[k] = amplitude * MathCos(phase+sign*k*2.0*pi/cycle);

else goeWorkPast[k] = amplitude * MathSin(phase+sign*k*2.0*pi/cycle);
to achieve what you want, you would need to change those lines to following
if (useCosine)

goeWorkPast[k] = amplitude * MathCos(phase+sign*k*2.0*pi/cycle+pi/4.0);

else goeWorkPast[k] = amplitude * MathSin(phase+sign*k*2.0*pi/cycle+pi/4.0);

and that would alter every sub-wave's phase by +45 degrees (metatrader uses radians, so pi/4)

appreciate for the response mladen will give it a try

Do you have time to check this indicator for me again?. The problem is that when I run it on 4H and set the TF to Daily, then it repeats the buy/sell signal all the time, maybe you can set it to only alert me once??. I dont know if its possible since its taking the signals from a higher TF?

Best regards,

Halvard

I think that this should do the job as you require it. Changed the logic of it a bit. First of all, it will not alert you on a first start, on time frame change, on parameters change ... It will alert only if a new fractal is drawn. So it can alert only once for a fractal. If a fractal "disappears" it will not alert on a previous fractal (it assumes that it already had, and since there were a newer fractal, it skips issuing a new alert) All in all, it should work as you need it

Elliot Wave??

Hi, I am looking for a working elliot wave indicator, do you know if there are one on TSD?

Thanks for any help!

I modified your FXCorrelator 2 into a USD-centered version. Would you kindly create an alert under the following condition:

When the majority (that is, 4 or ideally 5 of the seven other currencies) have crossed over or under the USD/zero-line.

Could you change the zero-line to match the USDcolor. And add the option of an on-chart alert such as a vertical line and/or arrows.

Would having two or three instances of this indicator on the same chart be a burden on the CPU?

As always, Thank You!!!

Here you go

Here you go Added on more parameter : alertsWhenNCross. It is a minimal number of values that have to be grouped on one side of the zero line. If that number is exceeded (for example new up values is 5 and previous up values were 4, and the number of values required is 5) then an appropriate alert is raised. Alert is raised only if before that there was less total values on one side and it does not take into account which currencies are in question (it only checks the total number of currencies on "one side") (stopping now before my "explanation" becomes too complicated to understand I hope it is understandable)

dear old pivot...

Hi all,

if you like levels on chart you'll love this... it's a configurable pivot indicator to plot 3 different kind of Pivots calculated from 3 different time frames (H4, D1, W1), so actually 9 possible configurations... + ATR levels...

almost everything's is customizable so the list of the inputs is quite long, but if we want flexibility....

Anyway I'm not the original author, I did just grabbed several things here and there and put them together in a different way, hoping with a good result; so my deep appreciation to the authors of the different "pieces" (first, try to guess... Mladen and Tools... I consider them sort of "mentors", If I do know few things about coding is surely thanks to them... )

Please read the incipit in the code for explanation of the settings and have a look at the picture. Feel free to play with this and if you want to add something or get a better version, please share...

Hope that can be useful for somebody...
