Ok, so we don't have to change the code, correct? Just change the MaxTrades user option to 13? Thanks
As I understand goldy's post if you want to allow progression to 13 you have to change 12 to 13 on the code and recompile.
That is what I have done for 10points and also for Goblin1.

Needless to say I have reported this as a bad post.
We are intersted in all constructive critism, but this has none, just the author's vulgarly expressed personal views.
After working on this thread for over 3 months trying to learn, help and profit I believe that this sort of post is totally inappropriate.

1. The kind of EA makes a problem to test its behaviour on a small real account before go to a greater one. Real accounts can behave a little different.
2. If you change the "settings" from factor 2 to 1.5 think about, that this means that you need a longer distance from the "low" to get your overall profit over "secureproftit".

miblYes I am aware of the need to have larger retracements in order to close the trades but then, as you have said, that is what testing on demo accounts is all about.
I hope to start a $1000 live account in January to trade the safest settings from either 10points or Goblin and by then hopefully one will stand out.
