The statements are posted weekly for 4 versions since April 2006 (Scalp_net_v1.3 for 2 versions) and since June 2006 for Scalp_net_1.5 versions.
Weekly since 2006 every week.
I never changed the settings. It is same settings which was in 2006.

For example, 1.3 versions did 195 pips in profit for this week, 1.3 version with timefilter made +232 pips for this week.
1.3 version with timefilter is connected with RAS service so if you are trading it - you should have +232 pips in your Metatrader (4 digit pips). This version with timefilter is profitable since 2006.
1.5 version did +234 pips (without timefilter), and +6 pips with timefilter. Both version are connected with RAS so you can have this profit if you are trading it with RAS.
As to the other versions - I did not test it yet.

This is a Scalp_net EA test on MfGlobal broker (do not pay attention to the modeling quality nor the result (it is 1hour time frame tested) this time - I only tested if it works)
It works (I tested this version : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/173371/page25) The only reason now that I can think of that it would not work is if it misses "XO_forEA" in the metatrader indicators folder (in "MF Global FX MT4 powered by BT/experts/indicators")

I believe I had the same version and indicator loaded that you tried, but just in case I deleted what I was using and reloaded fresh files from your link.
It is running now and I will see if it trades today.

To make sure check your experts and journal tabs. If there is a problem, metatrader will write it out - you should get some output like the one on the picture

I have attached a screen shot. You can see that all four charts and the indicator for each loaded successfully.
So you're telling me it should work? But it doesn't.
On my Alpari demo it made about 6 trades today, on MF Global nothing.
The signal is not the same, but neither is it that different. Even if it doesn't make the same trade, it should make a trade.
I can't imagine what I could have wrong, but obviously something is wrong.
Any other ideas?

I do not know what is wrong.
Any Scalp_net versions are performed differently with different brokers.
By the way - forward testing only can be trusted.
I am forward testing with same settings.
