Smart Management of Trading Bots is a system in which each trading robot (EA) in the Quantum Lab community operates at a strictly defined time, on dedicated instruments, and with an individual set of risk parameters. Instead of a single universal bot attempting to trade 24/5, a network of specialized EAs operates, each tailored to a specific market phase.

The key idea: different trading sessions have different volatility, liquidity, and movement patterns. The same algorithm cannot work equally effectively in an Asian flat and on a New York news cycle. Therefore, we distribute the workload between bots and strictly control the overall portfolio risk.

System Principles

• Each bot is active only during its own time window (UTC).
• Each bot has its own list of instruments and trading style.
• A shared risk manager controls limits for the entire portfolio.
• Automatic pause upon reaching a daily/weekly drawdown. The news filter disables trading during high-impact events.
