1. Metatrader 5 >> File >> Open Data Folder >> MQL5 >> Indicators. Paste the file into the /Indicators/ folder.
2. Metatrader 5 >> Navigator >> Indicators >> right mouse click >> Refresh. The application should appear in the list of available indicators.
This is a trial version that works only on EURUSD and AUDUSD.
