How does the Pump and Dump Pro EA behave during a trend? Results of work in real trading

I recently released the Pro version of the Pump and Dump Expert Advisor and today I want to share with you my impressions of the first month of using the Expert Advisor in real trading

In today's article, I'll cover:

- the behavior of the advisor in a trending market

- how I selected the settings

- profitability of the first month of the advisor's work

Expert Advisor Behavior in Trending Market

 The sore subject of the basic version of the PD EA was the trending market, since the logic of the first version was aimed precisely at making money during a flat. In this regard, we received freezing trades during the market exit from the ridge state.

The Pro version pleased me with the fact that with a sufficiently trendy week for EURUSD (we passed about 3700 points in two weeks), the EA did not open sell deals, thus we did not receive prolonged open sales.

How I chose the settings for currency pairs

I will tell you how I selected the settings using the example of the EURUSD pair

In the basic settings, I changed 3 parameters.

1. Do not forget to change the magic number, for each pair it must be different. You can choose any magic number in the range from 1 to 2147483647
2. I selected the size of TP for each pair separately. For the selection of TP, I used the average daily ATR. For EURUSD it is currently 290 pips.
3. iPump signal for sell value and signal for buy value

To find these settings, I installed

Coeff. For multiplying the average iPump = 1

And the date of the calculation is from 01/06/201 to 01/06/2020
