Hello dear readers of my blog!
I recently released the Pro version of the Pump and Dump Expert Advisor and today I want to share with you my impressions of the first month of using the Expert Advisor in real trading
In today's article, I'll cover:
Expert Advisor Behavior in Trending Market
The history of transactions is visible on the screen.
How I chose the settings for currency pairs
I will tell you how I selected the settings using the example of the EURUSD pair
In the basic settings, I changed 3 parameters.
- Do not forget to change the magic number, for each pair it must be different. You can choose any magic number in the range from 1 to 2147483647
- I selected the size of TP for each pair separately. For the selection of TP, I used the average daily ATR. For EURUSD it is currently 290 pips.
- iPump signal for sell value and signal for buy value
To find these settings, I installed
Coeff. For multiplying the average iPump = 1
And the date of the calculation is from 01/06/201 to 01/06/2020
Rendering TF = D1
The results of the settings after the change are displayed in this column
I inserted the resulting settings into these graphs
This completes the setup, for other pairs you can adjust the settings by analogy.
Although the Expert Advisor copes with trend movements, it is still more interesting for trading to select a range of pairs, since due to the price swinging up / down, we can earn more.
Profitability of the first month of the advisor's work
The advisor's profitability for July on 2 accounts was +57.3%
