Enigma Cipher

Enigma Cipher is a technical analysis indicator designed to help traders identify potential bullish and bearish market reversals through price pressure, momentum and multiple confirmation conditions.

The indicator evaluates the relationship between recent price behaviour and the current signal candle. Additional filters can be enabled to refine the analysis and reduce signals that do not meet the selected conditions.

How It Works

Enigma Cipher first evaluates market pressure and price behaviour to identify a potential reversal condition. The signal can then be confirmed using additional technical conditions such as divergence, volatility, momentum, trend and higher timeframe analysis.

The exact combination and implementation of the conditions are part of the indicator's internal methodology.

Signal Analysis

Depending on the selected settings, Enigma Cipher can use several confirmation components, including:

  • Price pressure analysis
  • Divergence analysis
  • Momentum confirmation
  • Volatility and range conditions
  • Reversal candle confirmation
  • Trend and strength filters
  • Higher timeframe confirmation
  • Volume conditions
  • Session filtering

Signal Settings

The indicator provides adjustable parameters that control signal sensitivity and filtering.

For example, increasing the number of context bars or making confirmation conditions more restrictive can reduce the number of signals and make the analysis more selective. Reducing certain requirements can allow more signals to appear.

Each market and timeframe may require different settings. Users can adjust the available parameters according to their preferred trading approach.

Trade Levels

When a signal is detected, Enigma Cipher can display an Entry level, Stop Loss and multiple Take Profit levels directly on the chart.

The indicator can also display visual trade zones and level lines to make the detected setup easier to analyse.

Dashboard

The optional dashboard provides a summary of the active confirmation conditions and current market information. This allows traders to see which selected filters are supporting or rejecting a potential setup.

Alerts

Enigma Cipher supports configurable alerts for newly detected signals. Users can enable or disable terminal alerts and push notifications according to their preferences.

Intended Use

Enigma Cipher is intended as a technical analysis tool to assist traders in evaluating potential market reversals and trading setups.

The indicator does not execute trades automatically and does not guarantee any particular trading result. Trading decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
