DIAMOND SIGNALS SCANNER
The All-In-One Market Watch Scanner for MetaTrader 5
Scan every pair. Rank the best setups. Trade with the news in view.
SHORT DESCRIPTION
One-click scanner for MT5. Scans your whole Market Watch on M15, M30 and H1, ranks the top 5 signals by confluence, warns you of high-impact news 240 minutes ahead, and opens any signal in its own clean chart with Entry, SL and TP drawn.
STOP STARING AT 28 CHARTS
You know the routine. You flip through pair after pair, timeframe after timeframe, hoping to spot a clean setup before the session moves on. By the time you reach the last chart, the first one has already run without you. Or worse, you force a trade on a pair you only half-checked, and a high-impact news release lands ten minutes later.
Diamond Signals Scanner was built to end that cycle.
Press one button. The scanner walks through every symbol in your Market Watch, analyses M15, M30 and H1 on each one, runs four independent signal engines, and hands you the five best opportunities in a clean, ranked dashboard. Click a signal and it opens in its own window with the signal, the trade levels and the trend line already drawn, ready for you to judge in seconds.
One button. Every pair. Five ranked answers.

HOW IT WORKS
1. The Scan All button
At the top-left of your chart sits a gold SCAN ALL button. Press it and the indicator loops through every symbol visible in your Market Watch. The button shows live progress while it works. When the scan finishes, the dashboard fills with the best signals found.
You can also let the indicator scan automatically every few minutes (default is 10) so the dashboard stays fresh while you work. Prefer full control? Set the auto-scan interval to zero and scan only when you click.
2. Four signal engines, one decision
Diamond Signals Scanner does not rely on a single trigger. It combines four different ways of reading the market, so a signal confirmed by more than one engine carries more weight.
Smart Buy / Smart Sell
A trend-following engine. It watches for price to flip a Supertrend line while also clearing a fast moving average. When that flip agrees with the 200 EMA direction, the signal is tagged "Smart", marking it as trading with the larger trend rather than against it. You can switch on "Smart Signals Only" if you want to see nothing but trend-aligned entries.
Sniper Entry (Buy, Sell, DCA Buy, DCA Sell)
A pullback engine built on swing structure. After a significant swing, it maps the retracement zone between the 61.8% and 78.6% Fibonacci levels of the move. A Sniper Buy or Sell fires when price first dips into the shallower zone. A DCA signal marks a deeper pullback into the 78.6% level for traders who scale in. Optional Structure and Displacement filters let you demand cleaner market conditions before a Sniper signal appears.
Top-Bottom Finder
A reversal engine. After a run of directional closes, it looks for a rejection candle printing at a fresh short-term high or low. These are the exhaustion points where moves often pause or turn. The lookback is adjustable through the Signal Strength input.
Strong Buy / Strong Sell
A volatility-band reversal engine. It builds a smoothed envelope from eighteen layers of price and range data, then signals when price rejects the outer band and returns inside. Strong signals are drawn in purple so they stand out immediately.
3. Star ranking: confluence at a glance
For every pair and timeframe with a fresh signal, the scanner counts how many engines agree on the same direction. It then adds one more point if price sits on the correct side of the 200 EMA. The result is a score from one to five stars.
More stars means more independent reasons pointing the same way. It is a confluence ranking, not a prediction of the outcome. A five-star signal is still a trade idea that needs your judgment and your risk management. What the stars do is tell you where to look first.
4. The Top 5 dashboard
Below the scan button and the news filter sits a navy and gold dashboard showing the five highest-ranked signals. Each row gives you:
Rank
The pair, with the engines that fired listed underneath
The timeframe
A green BUY or red SELL badge
The star strength
How many bars ago the signal appeared ("now", "1 bar", "2 bars")
A warning marker if news affects that pair
Signals are sorted by stars first, then by freshness, so the strongest and newest ideas rise to the top.
5. High-impact news filter
Right under the scan button, a dedicated panel reads the MetaTrader 5 economic calendar and lists upcoming high-impact events within the next 240 minutes (adjustable), each with the currency, the event name and a live countdown. Events inside the final hour switch to a warning colour.
The indicator also sends you an alert the first time each event enters your warning window, so you are told in advance rather than caught off guard. Any signal on a pair that includes an affected currency gets a warning marker in the dashboard, so you can see at a glance which setups are exposed.
If no high-impact news is ahead, the panel says so, and you can trade with a clearer head.
6. Click a signal, see the trade
Click any row in the dashboard and the pair opens in a brand-new chart window on the correct timeframe, already styled and already marked up with:
Every signal label from the previous and current day
The Supertrend line in green or red
A dashed vertical marker on the signal candle
A green Take Profit box and a red Stop Loss box
Entry, SL and TP price lines with labels
No manual drawing. No hunting for the signal candle. You see the whole idea at once and decide.
7. Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit
For each signal, the indicator calculates a suggested trade plan. The Entry is the close of the signal candle. The Stop Loss sits beyond the signal candle's extreme by an ATR buffer. The Take Profit is set at a reward-to-risk multiple you control (default 2R). All three multipliers are adjustable in the inputs, and the same numbers appear in your alerts.
Treat these as a structured starting point. You are always free to place your own levels.
8. Alerts that actually help
Scan alerts: after every scan, new top-5 signals are announced once (no repeated spam for signals you have already seen)
News alerts: a warning when a high-impact event enters your time window
Chart alerts: an alert whenever a new signal prints on the pair you are currently viewing
Delivery: popup, sound and mobile push notification, each switched on or off independently
9. A chart built for clarity
When you attach the indicator, it can restyle your chart for readability: white background, grid removed, black bullish candles and blue bearish candles. Signal labels are bold and colour-coded. Green for buys, red for sells, purple for Strong signals. To prevent clutter, labels are limited to the previous and current trading day. One input turns this restriction off if you prefer the full history.
WHO IS THIS INDICATOR FOR?
Day traders and intraday traders who want to find setups quickly across many pairs
Scalpers working the M15 chart who need fresh candidates every session
Swing-minded traders using H1 and M30 to time entries inside a bigger idea
Traders who have been burned by news spikes and want an early-warning system built in
Busy traders who cannot sit in front of the screen all day and want alerts to do the watching
Anyone who wants a clean, consistent process instead of random chart-flipping
WHY TRADERS WILL LIKE IT
It saves hours. A scan that would take you a long time by hand finishes in moments.
It reduces second-guessing. Four engines and a star ranking give you a consistent way to compare setups.
It protects you from surprises. The news panel and pair-level warning markers keep high-impact events on your radar.
It teaches discipline. Every signal arrives with a defined Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit, which encourages you to think in risk and reward.
It stays out of your way. A compact panel, a clean chart and labels limited to recent days mean you see what matters.
It is flexible. Turn engines on or off, tighten or loosen filters, change timeframes, change alert methods. Make it fit your style.
HOW TO INSTALL AND START
Make sure the pairs you want scanned are visible in your Market Watch (right-click Market Watch and choose Show All, or pick your own list).
Attach Diamond Signals Scanner to any chart. The timeframe of that chart does not limit the scan, because the scanner reads M15, M30 and H1 for every pair on its own.
Press the gold SCAN ALL button at the top-left of the chart.
Wait for the progress counter to finish. The dashboard fills with the top five signals.
Check the news panel, then click the signal that interests you to open it in its own window.
Review the drawn Entry, SL and TP, apply your own judgment, and take the trade only if it fits your plan.
Tip: the first scan may be slightly slower on a fresh terminal, because MetaTrader needs to download history for each pair and timeframe. Let it finish once, and later scans are quicker. If a pair shows as skipped in the dashboard footer, its history had not loaded yet. Open a chart of that pair once and scan again.
HOW TO USE THE INDICATOR PROFITABLY
No indicator makes money by itself. Profit comes from the process around it. Here is a practical workflow built to get the most out of the scanner while keeping risk under control.
Step 1: Scan at the right moments
Fresh signals matter most when the market is moving. Run a scan near the start of the London session and again near the New York open, then again after any session overlap. If you leave auto-scan on, the dashboard keeps refreshing for you. Signals during very quiet hours are usually less reliable.
Step 2: Check the news panel first
Before you even look at the signals, look at the news panel. If a high-impact event is minutes away, consider waiting until it passes. A signal with a warning marker means one of that pair's currencies is exposed. You can still trade it, but you should do so knowingly, with reduced size or after the release.
Step 3: Start with the highest stars
Focus first on four and five-star signals. These have the most engines agreeing and are aligned with the 200 EMA direction. Lower-star signals are not useless, but they deserve extra scrutiny or smaller size.
Step 4: Respect the bigger picture
Use the higher timeframe as a filter. A buy on M15 that sits inside a clear H1 downtrend is fighting the current. Where a pair shows signals on more than one timeframe in the same direction, the idea is stronger. Open the signal window, look left, and ask whether the trade has room to run before it hits an obvious obstacle.
Step 5: Read the chart, not just the badge
Click the signal and study the new window. Look at where the Stop Loss sits relative to recent structure. Look at whether the Take Profit box runs into a recent swing high or low. If the setup is cramped, skip it. The scanner finds candidates. You make the decision.
Step 6: Use the engines for what they do best
Smart signals suit trend traders. Favour them when the market is trending cleanly.
Sniper signals suit pullback traders. They shine after a clear impulse followed by a retracement.
Top-Bottom and Strong signals suit reversal traders. They work best near obvious extremes, and deserve extra caution in a strong one-directional trend.
When two or more of these agree, the star score rises. That agreement is the point of the scanner.
Step 7: Risk a small, fixed amount
Most professional traders risk a small fraction of their account on any single trade, commonly around 0.5% to 1%. Size your position from the distance between Entry and Stop Loss, not from a fixed lot size. This keeps every trade's risk equal, whatever the pair.
Step 8: Think in reward-to-risk
The default Take Profit is 2R, meaning twice the risk. At 2R you can be wrong more often than you are right and still do well, provided you stay consistent. Raise or lower the multiplier to suit your style, but keep the maths in your favour.
Step 9: Do not overload on correlated pairs
If the dashboard shows EURUSD, GBPUSD and AUDUSD all as sells, they are really three versions of one US dollar trade. Taking all three triples your exposure. Pick the cleanest one, or reduce the size on each.
Step 10: Manage the trade
Consider moving your Stop Loss to break-even once price has moved a good part of the way to your target, and consider taking partial profits at 1R. Define your management plan before you enter, then follow it.
Step 11: Keep a journal
Record the pair, timeframe, stars, engines that fired, news status, the result and what you learned. After thirty or forty trades you will see which engines, which sessions and which star levels suit you best. Then tune the inputs to match what your own data tells you.
Step 12: Test before you trade live
Run the indicator on a demo account first. Learn how the dashboard behaves, how often signals appear on your broker's data, and how the suggested levels compare to your own style. Go live only when you are comfortable with the process, and then start small.
DO'S
Do test on a demo account before risking real money.
Do check the news panel before every trade.
Do prioritise higher-star signals and signals with higher-timeframe agreement.
Do open the signal window and review the Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit before acting.
Do size every position from your Stop Loss distance and a fixed percentage risk.
Do keep a trading journal and review it regularly.
Do make sure your Market Watch contains the pairs you actually want to trade.
Do let history load fully before judging the first scan.
Do use the alerts so you can step away from the screen with confidence.
Do adjust the inputs gradually, one change at a time, and track the effect.
Do trade during active sessions when volatility and liquidity are healthy.
Do accept that losing trades are a normal part of trading, and protect your capital so you can keep playing.
Don't treat a signal or a five-star score as a guarantee. It is a ranked idea, not a promise.
Don't trade a pair marked with a news warning without a plan for the release.
Don't take every signal on the dashboard. Selectivity is where discipline lives.
Don't stack several trades on correlated pairs and call it diversification.
Don't remove your Stop Loss, widen it after entry, or move it against your trade.
Don't risk more than you can afford to lose, and don't increase size to chase back losses.
Don't ignore the higher timeframe trend just because a lower timeframe looks tempting.
Don't scan and trade in dead, low-volume hours and expect clean follow-through.
Don't switch on every filter and engine and then change settings after every loss. Give a setup a fair sample of trades.
Don't judge the indicator on three trades. Judge it on a meaningful series.
Don't trade with money you need for rent, bills or essentials.
Don't forget that spreads, slippage and execution differ between brokers.
SETTINGS GUIDE (plain English)
Scanner
Scan M15, M30, H1: switch each timeframe on or off.
Bars loaded per pair: how much history is analysed (default 800).
Max signal age: how many closed bars back a signal can be and still count as fresh (default 3). Raise it to see more signals, lower it for only the freshest.
Auto scan minutes: how often the scan repeats on its own. Set to 0 for manual scanning only.
Signal engines
Each of the four engines can be turned on or off, so you can build a scanner around the style you trust.
Smart signal
Sensitivity: higher values make the Supertrend slower and signals less frequent. Lower values give more signals.
Smart Signals Only: show only signals that agree with the 200 EMA.
Supertrend ATR length, fast SMA and trend EMA periods are adjustable.
Sniper Entry
Swing length: controls how large a swing must be before a zone is built.
Structure filter: requires a recent structure break in your direction.
Displacement filter: screens out entries after unusually large impulse candles.
Top-Bottom Finder
Signal Strength: the lookback used to decide whether a rejection candle sits at a short-term extreme.
Risk and levels
ATR period, Stop Loss multiplier and Reward-to-Risk ratio control the suggested trade plan.
News filter
Turn it on or off, and choose how many minutes before an event you want to be warned (default 240).
Alerts
Popup, sound and push notifications switch on or off independently. Chart alerts for the current pair have their own switch.
Chart
Restyle the chart, draw signal labels, draw trade levels, choose how many bars to label, and limit labels to the previous and current day.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does it work on any broker and any pair?
It scans whichever symbols appear in your Market Watch, including forex pairs, metals and other instruments your broker offers. Results depend on the quality and depth of your broker's price history.
Which timeframes does it scan?
M15, M30 and H1. Each can be toggled in the inputs. The chart you attach it to can be any timeframe.
Are signals based on closed candles?
Yes. The scanner analyses closed bars, so a signal is not built from a half-formed candle. That said, the live trend line on your current chart follows the open candle, as any moving line does.
Why did my scan show "No signals"?
It means no fresh signals met the conditions in the signal-age window at that moment. Wait for new candles, widen the signal age, or enable more engines.
Why were some pairs skipped?
Their history was not available yet. Open those pairs once so MetaTrader downloads the data, then scan again.
