Kairos Gold is a fully automated MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor built exclusively for XAUUSD (Gold). It includes nine selectable setups and is designed for straightforward, risk-controlled operation.
Every trade has a stoploss and a configured monetary risk. Kairos does not use grid or martingale techniques and does not add to losing positions.

Research & Testing
The strategy was backtested in MetaTrader 5 using “Every tick based on real ticks” with 100% tick data sourced from Dukascopy. The supplied historical testing covers more than 16 years.
The development process also included in-sample, out-of-sample and Monte Carlo testing, as well as checks for overfitting and curve fitting. These methods help evaluate robustness but cannot guarantee future performance.

Nine supplied XAUUSD backtest summaries are shown below. Returns are historical results, not live performance. Test periods begin between January and May 2010 and end between April and August 2026.

Results depend on the test conditions and risk settings used. Different setups should not be compared solely by percentage returns; consult their complete reports.
9 Setups & Simple Settings
Choose Setup 1–9 to select a historical trading profile. The setups differ in trade frequency, win rate and historical results. All nine are included.
Only four main inputs: Setup, Risk per trade (amount in your account currency), Magic Number (unique for each chart), and Journal Detail Level.
Example: a risk input of 100 configures 100 units of the account currency as the intended risk for each trade. Slippage or gaps can cause actual losses to exceed that amount.
Installation & Trading Conditions
Install from MQL5 Market, attach Kairos to an XAUUSD chart in MetaTrader 5, enable algorithmic trading, choose a setup and set your risk. Use a distinct Magic Number per instance. A VPS is recommended for uninterrupted operation.
