Who it's for
Any trading style: scalping, day trading, swing. Works on all symbols and timeframes. Especially useful if you watch daily ATR, trade from previous-period levels or trade specific sessions.
What it shows
- Symbol and timeframe in a large font, current price below.
- Spread in pips. It turns red above your threshold.
- Candle timer: countdown to bar close (HH:MM:SS).
- Trading session: Asian, European, American or Closed, by server time.
- Volume: current bar vs. the daily average. The row turns green when volume is above average.
- Volatility: five methods (High-Low range, standard deviation, smoothed True Range, Chaikin, percentage), with custom period and timeframe.
- Swap for long and short positions.
- Orders by symbol (new): Buy and Sell separately — count, lots, profit including swap and commission. Green means profit, red means loss. The block hides itself when there are no open orders.
- High/Low for Day, Week and Month.
- Daily ATR: value, how much has been passed and how much is left.
Color hints
🔴 Red — caution
- Red spread: spread is above the threshold, entering now is costly.
- Red "Passed ATR": the daily move is almost exhausted (threshold adjustable, 90% by default).
- High/Low with >> or << : the previous-period level is broken; the value shows by how many pips.
- High/Low with ! : less than 10 pips to the level, expect a bounce or a breakout.
- Chart background changed: 95% of the daily ATR is done, don't expect strong new moves. It resets automatically the next day.
🟢 Green — activity
- Green volume: above average, the move has participants behind it.
- Green "Available ATR": there is still room in the daily range.
- Green orders: positions are in profit.
High/Low: two modes
- Previous period (default). Current High and Low are compared with yesterday's, last week's or last month's levels. Shows proximity and breakouts.
- Current period. Distance from price to today's, this week's or this month's High and Low. Shows how far the price is from making a new extreme.
Daily ATR with outlier filter
ATR is calculated from True Range, including gaps. Outlier candles (news, gaps) are removed with a σ-deviation filter, so a single spike doesn't inflate the ATR. The filter level is selected from a list: 1.0σ to 3.0σ.
How to use it
- Before entry: spread not red, ATR still available, volume green. Conditions are right for a trade.
- At a level: ! in the High/Low row means price is at the previous day's extreme. Wait for the bounce or breakout to confirm.
- Background changed: the day is done; avoid new trend trades.
- Works best on M5–H1 alongside your main trading system.
Main settings
The settings window is split into sections, and the key options are dropdown lists.
- Main info: symbol, price, spread and spread threshold, timer.
- Additional: session, volume and its timeframe, swap.
- Orders: show statistics, profit and loss colors.
- High/Low: Day, Week, Month; pips or points; previous or current period mode.
- ATR: statistics period, outlier filter, σ level, red and green thresholds.
- Chart background: on/off, ATR percentage, color.
- Volatility: method, period, smoothing, timeframe.
- Look and position: font from a list, sizes, colors, screen corner, offsets.
- Other: Russian or English interface, logs.
