ModGod Institutional MACD - Normalized Momentum Oscillator
The ModGod Institutional MACD is not your standard oscillator. Built specifically to work in synergy with the ModGod Scalp Pullback indicator, this tool replaces traditional EMAs with a highly smoothed Triangular Moving Average (TMA) engine and ATR-driven normalization.
By normalizing the MACD values using dynamic market volatility (ATR), the oscillator is trapped within precise mathematical boundaries (Supply and Demand zones). This allows traders to spot true absolute exhaustion rather than false momentum.
Key Features:
- TMA Engine: Extremely smooth histogram visualization, eliminating fake crossovers.
- ATR Normalization: Adapts instantly to high or low volatility environments.
- Supply & Demand Extreme Levels: Hardcoded 7-level structural zones.
- Reversal Dots: Visual arrows printed directly on the indicator when momentum hits extreme overbought (+7.0) or oversold (-7.0) conditions.
- Color Coded Momentum: Blue for acceleration, Red for deceleration, Gray for neutral conditions.
How to Use: Pair this with the main ModGod Scalp Pullback indicator on the chart. Wait for the MACD histogram to hit the extreme zones (Level 7) and print an arrow. When the MACD starts losing momentum (turns Gray) and crosses back toward the zero line, you have a high-probability reversal entry.
