The "Torsten Feix Range Breakout EA" is a fully automated trading robot designed for MetaTrader 5. It is based on the classic breakout principle of a predefined time range. The EA identifies the high and low of the specified trading hours and places pending orders at these levels. You can specify a dedicated time when all pending orders and open positions will be automatically closed. Additionally, you can choose whether you want to trade strictly with the trend or place a pending order on both sides of the range. The risk management is designed with two optional variants: 1. Risk as a percentage of your account balance or 2. Risk as a fixed dollar amount. The EA can be deployed across Forex, Crypto, Metals, and Indices.
Available Input Parameters:
- Range Start Time / Range End Time: Defines the specific hours to determine the range.
- Order Close Time: The exact time to automatically close orders and positions.
- Take Profit Factor: Used to calculate your profit targets dynamically.
- Break Even Option: Protects your profits by moving the stop loss to the entry price.
- Risk in % or Risk in $: Flexible position sizing based on your preference.
