Holy Mary

Holy Mary is a fully automated MT5 Expert Advisor built exclusively for XAUUSD (Gold) and designed to trade the H4 candle using a high-precision candlestick pattern engine + ATR-based risk management.

This is not a “generic candlestick EA” that uses loose textbook rules. Holy Mary was built around one idea:

A pattern is only useful if its definition is measurable.
So every pattern in Holy Mary was refined through thousands of tests to translate vague concepts into exact numbers.

Example:
People say “Hammer has a big wick”… but how big is “big”?
Holy Mary answers that with strict, adjustable logic: body size % of range, wick-to-body ratios, body position inside the candle, buffers in points… every detail is defined.µ

Holy Mary detects patterns on the last closed H4 candle, then executes instantly at market.

Includes “strong” filters such as trend pre-condition + confirmation candle rules (so it’s not a weak harami signal).

Each pattern can be enabled/disabled individually, and each has its own precision parameters (body %, wick ratios, position rules, buffers, confirmation rules…).

Every trade is opened with Stop Loss and Take Profit based on current volatility:

True risk-based lot sizing:

Holy Mary calculates lot size from your RiskPercent, using the actual SL price distance, then automatically normalizes volume to broker limits (min/max/step) and checks margin.

This keeps risk consistent across changing gold volatility.

Trading behavoir:

- One decision per new H4 bar (no repeated triggers on the same candle)
- Trades only during broker tradable sessions (session-aware filter)
- No grid, no martingale, no averaging
