Meridian Pro 2.00 is a professional adaptive trend matrix for MetaTrader 5. It combines the original Meridian trend engine, a clean chart ribbon, closed-bar signal arrows, an 8-timeframe dashboard, Fuel momentum, weighted consensus, synthetic HTF processing and chart-native higher-timeframe context lines.

The goal is simple: read current trend, multi-timeframe structure, strength, momentum and EA-ready state from one disciplined workflow instead of stacking disconnected indicators across several charts.

What Makes Meridian Pro Different

Core Workflow

Use the ribbon for immediate current-timeframe trend direction, the matrix for diagnostic context, the HTF lines for higher-timeframe structure, and the alignment dots/alerts for moments where current-timeframe action agrees with the selected HTF context.

Built for Clean Charts

Meridian Pro avoids adding another heavy ribbon. HTF context is drawn with thin, customizable lines and optional labels. The chart remains bicolor and readable while the panel keeps the full BULL / BEAR / FLAT diagnostic state.

How It Works

Meridian Pro tracks price through a volatility-adaptive trend envelope. In a bullish phase the adaptive line ratchets upward; in a bearish phase it ratchets downward. A trend change is accepted only when the closed-bar engine confirms that directional pressure is strong enough to justify the flip.

The Pro version applies that same engine across eight timeframes through a synthetic HTF architecture. Instead of relying on fragile higher-timeframe synchronization, the matrix is built from cascaded lower-timeframe data for stable multi-timeframe context.

I tested this indicator for several weeks across multiple instruments and market conditions. I really wanted to like it because the concept and the interface looked promising, but my overall experience was disappointing. In practice, I couldn't find any consistent advantage over a simple Moving Average. The indicator comes with an attractive dashboard that displays trend strength and several additional metrics, but during my testing these values appeared inconsistent and often seemed almost random. I was unable to identify any reliable relationship between the displayed strength values and the actual quality or continuation of the trend. The visual presentation is modern and polished, but functionality is far more important than appearance. After weeks of testing, I found myself making the same trading decisions I would have made using a standard Moving Average, without gaining any meaningful additional information from the dashboard. Other traders may achieve different results. However, based on my own testing, I don't believe this indicator provides enough practical value to justify its price.

Just to clarify: the dashboard values are fully deterministic and are derived from the same internal trend engine, synthetic multi-timeframe matrix, strength and fuel calculations. They are not random values, although they are not intended to be used as standalone entry signals. Meridian Pro is designed as a trend-context and MTF decision-support tool, not as an automatic “buy/sell” system or a replacement for trader discretion, risk management or strategy rules. Some users rely mainly on the HTF Context Lines, MTF Consensus and EA buffers, while others may prefer a simpler Moving Average workflow. If you would like, you can contact us with the symbols, timeframes and settings you tested, and we will gladly check whether the indicator was configured and interpreted as intended. Best regards,
