This indicator combines TRIX (Triple Exponential Moving Average) with a Moving Average, which can be simple, exponential, smoothed or weighted.

This combination is very useful to identify the main trend and when it is changing to a new direction.

The indicator also has signals on the chart that indicates the TRIX crossing with the Moving Average, as well as pop-up alerts and push (in the MT5 app).

Hello Thiago and compliments on the excellent indicator. I was wondering if you are not going to develop an EA. I was analyzing it and you use TEMA and MA as a basis but you definitely did a re-engineering because the typical MA values are on the order of 1.12 and not 6 decimal places as in your indicator. Is that correct?

Thanks Thiago. This is a very useful indicator. It would be really helpful/educational to exposed the slope of the red line (SMA?) in the UI and perhaps a user settable alert for when the absolute value of the slope approaches 0. This will allow additional time for chart evaluation before a cross as is currently confirmed by the indicator.
