Divergence Alpha – Stochastic Edition
Detect real divergences before the price moves.
Divergence Alpha is a professional divergence detection indicator based on the Stochastic oscillator. Designed for precision traders, it combines pivot analysis, clear visual signals, and integrated risk management into a single tool.
What does it do?
The indicator automatically identifies divergences between price and the Stochastic %K, marking on the chart the exact points where momentum contradicts price—one of the most powerful setups in technical analysis.
Regular bullish divergence → price makes a lower low, the Stochastic makes a higher low → buy signal
Regular bearish divergence → price makes a higher high, the Stochastic makes a lower high → sell signal
Hidden bullish divergence → bullish trend continuation
Hidden bearish divergence → bearish trend continuation
Key features
Complete visual signals: BUY/SELL arrows and labels directly on the candlesticks. Divergence lines drawn in the Stochastic subwindow connecting the detected pivots. Unambiguous, no manual interpretation required.
Automatic TP and SL zones: Each signal automatically generates Take Profit and Stop Loss rectangles calculated using ATR, adapted to the current volatility context. The multiplier is configurable.
Intelligent Pivot Detection: The algorithm validates that both the price and the Stochastic oscillator are simultaneous local lows or highs before confirming a divergence. This drastically reduces false signals compared to indicators that only look at the oscillator.
Real-Time Statistics Panel: Displays the number of BUY and SELL signals detected in the analyzed historical data, the active parameters, and the selected divergence mode.
Dark Green Visual Theme Included: A professional palette of dark green tones is automatically applied to the chart: almost blackish-green background, candlesticks in varying shades of green, and a subtle grid. Ideal for long sessions in front of the monitor.
