USDJPY Market Outlook- 28 July 2018

The point D of Shark pattern is coincided with demand zone (Strength = 3) in H4 timeframe with Mean Reversion Supply Demand. In this case, we will just use our typical supply demand trading knowledge. At the same time, we have supply zone around 111.525. USDJPY will likely to retest this zone again. PRZ Type B levels are still applicable for your trading.

Bullish 5-0 pattern is still alive for GBPUSD. GBPUSD will experience some bearish correction from its several days of bullish actions.  However, GBPUSD look like it will make more sophisticated path than simple one. If GBPUSD penetrate the level 1.32129, then we might have some more bullish action. For now, we will have definite bearish correction. At the same time, watch out the level 1.3139 for your future trading, which is just 30 pips down from current bid price.

In our last post, we have mentioned that USDJPY was testing the demand zone for the several times. Finally USDJPY made a big penetration through the demand zone ( I have circled in Red on Mean Reversion Supply Demand.). USDJPY made a good drop of 140 pips. Now the drop made up the last leg of the shark pattern. USDJPY is rising about 70 pips after the formation.

So here is what happened in USDCAD in last Friday. In fact USDCAD moved sharp last Friday comparing to other currency pairs. With USDCAD we prefer to use Harmonic Volatility indicator of probably lines instead horizon levels. For your information, Harmonic volatility indicator can be run either probability line mode or final projection mode. Some currency pairs are better suited with probability line mode and some of the currency pairs are better suited with final projection mode. USDCAD H1 timeframe is better suited with probability line mode. As you can see that many turning point can be picked up precisely. With help of some secondary confirmation you can make advanced trading decision with Harmonic volatility indicator. One example can be shown in USDCAD. EURUSD Market Outlook - 21 July 2018

We had detected Excessive momentum last Thursday. EURUSD just slipped below Line C from the Point D making 70 pips down. From there, we had a bullish AB=CD pattern. Note that line C and Line D of excessive momentum acted as an important support resistance here. EURUSD penetrated them rising nearly 150 pips.
