QCL Bollinger Trend Trail MT4

QCL Bollinger Trend Trail — MT4

Track trend direction with an adaptive trailing line directly on your MetaTrader 4 chart.

QCL Bollinger Trend Trail combines trend detection with integrated volatility filtering to provide a clear visual reference alongside price action.

Its two-color line advances as a trend develops and holds its position when conditions do not support further movement.

Key Features

  • Adaptive trailing line: Follows developing price movements.

  • Directional colors: Distinguishes upward and downward line movement.

  • Integrated filtering: Always active, with an adjustable response period.

  • Optional channel: Displays upper and lower boundaries for additional context.

  • Simple settings: Five concise input parameters.

  • Customizable appearance: Adjust colors, widths, and styles from the Colors tab.

Reading the Indicator

Blue sections indicate upward movement in the trailing line. Red sections indicate downward movement.

Flat sections retain the previous directional color. A color change reflects a change in the line’s direction and should be assessed alongside your trading setup.

The current candle updates with incoming prices. Its line position and color may change before the candle closes.
