Quantora Liquidity Sweep MT5
Quantora Liquidity Sweep MT5 is a Smart Money Concepts indicator designed to detect buy-side and sell-side liquidity pools, liquidity sweeps, stop hunts and confirmed reversal setups on MetaTrader 5.
Unlike indicators that repeatedly generate signals from the same price area, Quantora uses a dedicated liquidity pool engine. Each valid pool can generate only one first-sweep signal. After the liquidity has been consumed, the same pool is not used again.

How the Liquidity Pool Engine Works
The indicator first identifies important swing highs and swing lows. When two compatible swing points form near the same price, a potential liquidity pool is created.
- Equal Highs represent potential buy-side liquidity.
- Equal Lows represent potential sell-side liquidity.
The pool remains active until price reaches and sweeps the liquidity level. Only the first valid sweep is recorded. The pool is then marked as consumed and cannot generate additional signals.
This logic helps reduce duplicate signals and prevents multiple alerts from the same liquidity zone.
Signal Interpretation
A buy-side liquidity sweep occurs when price moves above a valid high-side liquidity pool. This may indicate a potential bearish setup.
A sell-side liquidity sweep occurs when price moves below a valid low-side liquidity pool. This may indicate a potential bullish setup.
- BUY: Sell-side liquidity has been swept.
- SELL: Buy-side liquidity has been swept.
- WAITING: The sweep has been detected but confirmation is pending.
- CONFIRMED: Candle or market structure confirmation has been detected.
Confirmation Modes
- Candle close-back confirmation
- Break of Structure confirmation
- Candle confirmation or Break of Structure
The maximum confirmation period, swing length and minimum candle body percentage can be customized through the indicator inputs.
Signal Quality Score
Each detected sweep receives a quality score from 0% to 100%. The score considers:
- Liquidity pool strength
- Distance between liquidity levels
- Sweep depth
- Close-back behavior
- Candle body strength
- BOS or candle confirmation
The minimum accepted quality can be adjusted to display more signals or focus only on stronger setups.

Alerts are generated only for new events after the indicator has completed its historical scan. Historical signals do not trigger repeated notifications when the indicator is attached or the timeframe is changed.
Important Inputs
- Lookback Bars: Number of historical bars analyzed. A value of 0 uses all available broker history.
- Maximum Visible Sweeps: Maximum number of sweep signals displayed. A value of 0 shows all detected signals.
- Minimum Quality: Filters weak sweep setups.
- Minimum Sweep Points: Required distance beyond the liquidity level.
- Confirmation Mode: Selects candle, BOS or combined confirmation.
- Working Timeframe: Selects an independent analysis timeframe.

Important Notes
- The amount of available historical analysis depends on broker history.
- Using unlimited history may increase loading time on lower timeframes.
