📌 Overview
Neural MA AI v1.00 is a high-performance algorithmic Expert Advisor specifically designed to trade the XAU/USD pair (spot gold) on the M5 timeframe. It combines two proprietary artificial intelligence engines that work together to identify high-probability entry opportunities: the Neural MA Ensemble AI and the RSI Machine Learning Predict AI.
The system operates using pending Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders, ensuring that entries are confirmed by a price breakout, which significantly reduces false entries. The trading signal is recalculated only once per new bar, optimizing computational performance without sacrificing accuracy.
🧠 Artificial Intelligence Engines
1. Neural MA Ensemble AI (NMA) Implements a lightweight neural network architecture with a tanh activation function, processing four independent nodes that evaluate different types of moving averages:
EMA (Exponential Moving Average) — periods 8, 21, and 50
SMMA (Smoothed Moving Average) — periods 8 and 21
WMA (Weighted Moving Average) — periods 8 and 21
DEMA (Double EMA) — period 89 as the main trend filter
Each node combines an activation function (price position relative to the MA, normalized by ATR) with a momentum function (speed of change of the MA). The output layer performs a weighted vote among the four nodes, applies a consistency bonus if they all agree in direction, and a trend filter against the slow EMA. The final signal is only validated if the minimum confidence exceeds 62% and sufficient momentum exists.
2. RSI Machine Learning Predict AI: A prediction engine based on 5 features that simulate an ML decision layer:
5-bar RSI slope (speed of change)
Price-RSI divergence (contrary signal with a minimum of 2.5 points)
5-bar forward linear RSI projection
Rebound from extreme zone with reverse slope
Multi-RSI coherence (RSI 7, 14, and 21 in alignment)
The signal is triggered only when the mlScore exceeds the ±0.45 threshold, guaranteeing noise filtering in sideways markets.
Combined signal: The EA executes with maximum confidence when both engines agree in direction (NMA + RSI ML Bull or Bear). In the absence of double confirmation, it can trade with an individual signal if the NMA confidence exceeds 85% of its minimum threshold.

Percentage risk: 0.5% of capital per trade (active when configured).
