If you trade prop firm challenges, you already know the feeling: you are in a trade, things are moving fast, and somewhere in the back of your head you are doing the math. How much am I down today? How close am I to the daily limit? Am I going to blow this challenge over one bad trade?

This utility does that math for you, continuously, so you do not have to.

What it does

Prop Firm Monitor Pro sits on your chart and tracks three numbers that determine whether you pass or fail a challenge: your daily loss, your total drawdown, and your progress toward the profit target. It reads your account equity every second and compares it against the rules of the firm you are trading with.

When you get close to a limit, it warns you at 50%, 75%, and 90% of the limit used, with sound alerts and popups. By the time most traders realize they are in trouble, they have already failed. This tool tells you before that happens.

If a limit is actually breached, it closes all open positions and blocks further trading for the rest of the day.

The rules for each firm are pre-loaded. You select your firm from the dropdown and the correct limits apply automatically.

What you see on the panel

The panel shows everything in one place: daily loss with progress bar, max drawdown with progress bar, profit target progress, current equity, initial balance, open positions, days remaining in the challenge, trades closed today, and current status. The status line changes color. Green when safe, amber when caution is needed, red when danger. You can drag the panel anywhere on the chart by clicking and holding the header bar.

Alert levels

• 50% of limit used — soft alert, sound only

• 75% of limit used — warning, sound and popup

• 90% of limit used — danger, sound, popup and push notification to your phone

Push notifications require a MetaQuotes ID linked to your mobile MT5 app.

Important notes

This utility monitors your account and protects your challenge. It does not open or close trades on its own, except to close all positions when a daily or drawdown limit is breached. It works alongside any Expert Advisor or manual trading approach. Compatible with MT5 only. Set the AccountSize parameter to match your challenge account balance before starting.

Installation

Copy the file to your MT5 data folder under MQL5/Indicators. Compile in MetaEditor (F7). Drag onto any chart. Set your firm, account size, challenge phase, and days passed. The panel loads immediately.
