An analysis dashboard for manual Gold traders that combines multi-timeframe trend state, ATR regime, daily and weekly reference levels, configurable session ranges, and a rules-based market context score on one chart panel.
XAUUSD Market Intelligence Suite is a MetaTrader 5 chart indicator for XAUUSD and broker-specific Gold symbols. It organizes common intraday and short-term swing references into a compact dashboard and optional chart overlays.
The panel shows M15, H1, H4, and D1 trend states, current-chart ATR regime, active session label, nearest reference level with distance in symbol points, a recent sweep or range event label, and a deterministic directional context score. Optional chart elements include previous-day and previous-week highs and lows, daily and weekly opens, Asian, London, and New York session ranges, and an ATR-sized reaction zone around the nearest reference level.
Trend states compare EMA(20) and EMA(50) on the latest closed bar for each timeframe. ATR expansion and quiet regimes compare the current ATR with a rolling ATR baseline. The context score adds fixed weights for timeframe direction and price relative to daily and weekly opens. While a sweep label is active, it applies a fixed adjustment based on current price versus the previous chart close; that adjustment does not encode the sweep side. Values on the forming bar can change before the bar closes. The score is a compact rules summary, not a forecast or probability.
Broker server UTC offset, broker DST rule, session UTC offsets, regional DST rules, and local session start and end hours are user-configurable. The panel shows the effective UTC offset for the active session. Time settings are not taken from the computer clock; match inputs to your broker and verify session boundaries against broker chart timestamps. Ambiguous autumn session-boundary times use standard time. Nonexistent spring boundary times move forward by the DST gap. When configured session windows overlap, the single active-session label uses Asia, then London, then New York priority. Session ranges remain available for each configured window.
Optional popup, push, and email alerts cover session breakout or breakdown, liquidity sweep, previous-day or previous-week level tests, ATR volatility expansion, and H1 trend-state change. Push and email require MetaTrader terminal configuration (MetaQuotes ID and SMTP).
This product is an analysis indicator only. It does not place, modify, or close trades. It does not predict Gold prices and does not claim profitability. Results depend on broker price history, symbol digits, selected time offsets, and available session-timeframe bars. Session ranges, ATR, and current-bar event labels can change while the chart bar is forming.

Timezone and DST explanation
Session and broker times use the offsets and DST rules you enter. They are not inferred from Windows or MetaTrader local time. Set InpBrokerUtcOffsetMinutes (and broker DST fields when used) so that broker server time equals UTC plus that offset for the current season. Session windows are computed in each session's local time using that session's UTC offset and DST rule, then mapped to broker time for chart alignment.
Ambiguous autumn boundary times use standard time. Nonexistent spring boundary times move forward by the DST gap. Overlapping session windows resolve the active-session label with Asia, then London, then New York priority.
Verify labels against broker chart timestamps after any broker DST change or account move.
Symbol compatibility
Designed for XAUUSD and broker Gold spot symbols. Optional alias mode accepts symbol names containing XAU or GOLD. Inspect the broker symbol description because those substrings can also appear in stock or ETF names. Verified on MetaQuotes-Demo: XAUUSD, XAUEUR, XAUAUD, XAUCHF, XAUGBP. Do not treat equity or ETF names such as GOLD or XAUG as Gold spot unless the symbol description confirms a Gold spot instrument.
Limitations
- Analysis only: no order, position, or trade-management functions
- No DLL, WebRequest, external API, or custom licensing dependency
- Forming-bar ATR, session extremes, and event labels can change before the bar closes
- Session accuracy depends on correctly configured broker and session time inputs
- Push and email alerts require terminal-side MetaQuotes ID and SMTP setup
- History must be available for each used timeframe; missing history produces waiting or unavailable states until recovered
