CORE FORMULA AND INFLECTION LOGIC
The core algorithm operates through a multi-layered mathematical approach:
- Dispersion Coefficient: The indicator calculates the rolling true range and absolute candle body sizes over your selected lookback period. The ratio between average body size and average variance dictates market efficiency.
- Center Matrix: A short-term smoothed median price baseline is projected using typical HLC3 price tracking over a five-bar horizon.
- Asymmetric Shift: The dynamic spread is multiplied by your custom Fractal Expansion Factor (1.618 Golden Ratio by default). If buying volume dominates, the bands shift upward proportionally; if selling volume dominates, they skew downward.
