MSI-CVD XI — Order-Flow Expert Advisor
MSI-CVD XI is a multi-layer trading system built on Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD), the balance of aggressive buying and selling that drives price. Instead of relying on price alone, MSI-CVD XI reads order flow through four independent signal layers, filtered by a multi-timeframe consensus engine, and managed through a full trade-lifecycle management suite.

Four Signal Layers
Most tools answer one question: "Where is price going?" MSI-CVD XI answers four:

When all four align, the system reaches its highest-confidence reading. When they disagree, that disagreement is also information.
The Edge
Timely. ACCEL reads the second derivative of CVD, detecting changes in aggressive flow before price visibly moves and before slower layers turn.
Actionable. Every signal is filtered through HTF consensus (2-of-3), a staleness check, and a proximity filter (if user-enabled via settings). Fewer, higher-quality decisions.
Disciplined. The EA is able to manage the trade from entry to exit — SL/TP, breakeven, trailing, partial closures without emotion.

Know Why the EA Isn't Trading
When a trade is blocked, the panel shows one high-priority reason:
Trade blocked: HTF FLOW mismatch (BEARISH)
Priority-ordered: HTF mismatch → stale → spread → session → max positions → proximity → no-money cooldown.
Three HTF Filter Modes

OR / AND Logic
Entry and exit logic are set independently. OR = any enabled signal triggers (more trades / faster exits). AND = all enabled signals must agree (fewer trades / later exits, so trades ride trends longer). SL, TP, breakeven, and trailing stop (if enabled) work regardless of the signal-based logic.
Full Trade Lifecycle

Entry: automatic lot sizing (if RISK_PERCENT used, SL must be > 0), SL/TP placed with broker distance enforcement, margin safety

Exit: signal-based, optional HTF flip, optional ModeZ (if true, opposite signal closes regardless of profit & if false opposite signal closes only profitable trades). Re-entry: state-driven — while signal state remains aligned, the EA re-enters after a close, subject to position limits and filters settings.
Trend-Friendly
Set MaxSellPositions = 0 for long-only. Set MaxBuyPositions = 0 for short-only.
Risk Management
Risk-per-trade sizing, margin safety, spread filter, session filter, staleness filter, proximity filter, optional broker profiler, retry logic.
MTF Panel
Live dashboard across three configurable timeframes. Column order is slowest to fastest — structure, momentum, flow. Disabled columns are hidden from panel display. Divergence detection (the most computationally intensive feature) is fully gated — when off, no additional market-data calls or swing-detection loops execute. This is CPU-saving if not required.
Shows HTF consensus, entry/exit logic, active options, block reason, and the confidence meter.
