OSIRIS AI GOLD TRADER

A self-learning AI expert system for XAUUSD (Gold) on the M15 chart.

OSIRIS is not a rigid rules engine with hard-wired signals, but a system with a two-stage, self-learning memory: it observes market behavior, stores patterns together with their outcome, and actively uses this accumulated knowledge for every new decision.

A single EX5 file - no external indicators, no DLLs, no file imports. The entire learning system lives inside the Expert Advisor itself.

HOW THE LEARNING SYSTEM WORKS

Short-term memory (72 hours):

Captures the freshest market movements and signals of the last three days.

Long-term memory with time decay:

Stores proven patterns permanently - but older patterns lose weight over time. Newer, fresher patterns weigh more.

Pattern Gate:

A trade is only opened when the recognized pattern in long-term memory has enough confirmed cases (at least six) and a minimum hit rate.

Master Gate:

Additional quality check before every trade: similarity threshold, freshness rule (patterns without current confirmation are hidden) and negative blocking - known losing patterns are actively prevented.

Self-correction:

Every trade outcome flows back into the memory. OSIRIS therefore gets better with every trade: it reinforces what works and avoids what does not.

This is real adaptive learning: The longer the system runs, the more precisely it adapts its behavior to the market it currently lives in.

WHY DOES THE EQUITY CURVE SHOW A FLAT PHASE IN 2024/2025 - AND A RISE IN 2026?

Buyers rightly ask this question. The answer is the core of the learning concept - and we answer it honestly instead of hiding it.

The period April 2024 to April 2025 was an exceptional regime for Gold: sharp, fast trend reversals and strong sideways zig-zag (whipsaw). A learning trend expert like OSIRIS recognizes such phases as unknown terrain and behaves extremely defensively:

The quality gates (minimum case count, hit rate, ADX trend filter, sideways threshold) allow trades only sparsely.

This produces few small losses instead of large ones - the equity curve therefore runs almost flat: no crash, but also no growth.

2026, in contrast, is the regime the system is currently trained for: clear Gold trends with moderate corrections. Here the learned patterns apply, the Master Gate finds its best cases - the curve rises.
