FoxWave SMC Trend Suite brings the four foundational building blocks of Smart Money Concepts trading into a single, clean indicator: Market Structure shifts (Break of Structure / Change of Character), Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps, and Equal Highs/Equal Lows liquidity pools. Every component can be switched on or off independently, so you can run the full SMC toolkit or isolate just the piece you need.

Instead of guessing trend direction from lagging indicators, this tool reads price structure the way institutional traders do — through swing points, structure breaks, and the footprints smart money leaves behind.

What it does

► Market Structure — BOS & CHoCH The indicator automatically detects swing highs and swing lows using a configurable lookback, then classifies each one as a Higher High (HH), Higher Low (HL), Lower High (LH), or Lower Low (LL) — labeled directly on the chart.

When price breaks a recent swing level in the direction of the existing trend, it's marked as a BOS (Break of Structure) — a dashed line confirming trend continuation. When price breaks structure against the prevailing trend, it's marked as a CHoCH (Change of Character) — a solid, thicker line signaling a potential trend reversal. This is the same structural logic SMC and ICT traders use to define market bias.

The current trend (Bullish / Bearish / Undefined) is always visible in the panel, along with the most recent structure event and when it occurred.

► Order Blocks The indicator identifies the last opposing candle before a strong impulsive move — the classic definition of an institutional Order Block. Bullish Order Blocks (last down-candle before an aggressive rally) and Bearish Order Blocks (last up-candle before an aggressive sell-off) are drawn as colored zones directly on the chart.

Order Blocks automatically track mitigation: once price closes back through a block, it can be automatically removed from the chart (optional), keeping only live, untested zones visible.

► Fair Value Gaps (FVG) Detects three-candle imbalances where the wick of the first candle doesn't overlap with the wick of the third candle — leaving a "gap" in price that the market often returns to fill. Bullish and bearish FVGs are drawn as distinct dotted zones, with automatic removal once price has filled the gap (optional).

► Equal Highs / Equal Lows (EQH/EQL) Scans confirmed swing points for pairs of highs or lows sitting within a configurable pip tolerance of each other — the classic footprint of a resting liquidity pool, where stop-losses commonly cluster. Each detected level is drawn as a horizontal line labeled EQH or EQL, and is automatically marked as swept once price trades through it (with optional auto-removal to keep the chart clean). Liquidity sweeps are frequently used by SMC/ICT traders as a precondition before a structure shift, making this a natural companion to the Market Structure module.

How to set up push notifications

1. Open MetaTrader 5 on your mobile device
2. Go to Settings → Messages and copy your MetaQuotes ID
3. In MT5 desktop: Tools → Options → Notifications
4. Paste your MetaQuotes ID and enable notifications
5. Set AlertPush = true in the indicator inputs

A note on methodology

Smart Money Concepts terminology (Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps, BOS, CHoCH, Equal Highs/Lows) does not have a single universally standardized definition across the trading community — different educators and tools apply slightly different rules. This indicator uses widely recognized, commonly taught definitions for each concept: an impulsive-move-preceding opposing candle for Order Blocks, a three-candle wick imbalance for Fair Value Gaps, swing-point-break logic for structure shifts, and tolerance-based swing pairing for Equal Highs/Lows. As with any technical tool, zones and structure calls should be used as part of a complete trading plan, not as standalone signals.
