General Description
The AURUN XAUUSD is an Expert Advisor (EA) developed to automatically trade the Gold market (XAUUSD), using an intelligent trend-following strategy with pullback confirmation and momentum filtering.
The robot combines Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs), the Stochastic Oscillator, and ATR (Average True Range) to identify safer entries aligned with the market’s dominant direction.
The strategy was designed to seek trades with a higher probability of trend continuation while avoiding random entries and reducing trades against the trend.
How the Robot Works
The AURUN XAUUSD operates based on three main stages:
1. Trend Identification
The robot uses three Exponential Moving Averages (Fast, Mid, and Slow EMA) to identify the dominant market direction.
When the EMAs are aligned upward, the market is considered to be in an uptrend.
When the EMAs are aligned downward, the market is considered to be in a downtrend.
This helps the robot trade only in the direction of the main trend.
2. Pullback Confirmation
After identifying the trend, the EA waits for a natural price correction (pullback).
The confirmation of trend continuation is provided through the Stochastic Oscillator, which identifies the exact moment when the market regains momentum.
This filter helps reduce premature entries and improves trade quality.
3. Intelligent Risk Management
The robot uses ATR (Average True Range) to automatically calculate:

Take Profit
Protective distance according to current market volatility
This allows the system to automatically adapt to different market conditions.
In addition, lot size can be automatically calculated based on the user-defined risk percentage.
