Inoltre, l'indicatore determina la direzione globale della tendenza in base al numero di punti:
  • se sono presenti più punti verdi (parametro Calcolo del trend globale) - il trend è in rialzo;
  • se ci sono più punti rossi, il trend è in ribasso.
L'indicatore non ridisegna sulla prima candela.

L'indicatore può essere utilizzato come sistema di trading indipendente e come aggiunta a qualsiasi altro sistema di trading.
