LumaForge Scalper

LumaForge Scalper is an automated MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor designed for selective Gold day trading and scalping.

The EA uses multi-timeframe market analysis on H1, M15 and M5 and operates around the London and New York trading sessions. It is based on Smart Money Concepts and is designed to remain selective rather than trade continuously. When the required market conditions are not present, the EA can remain inactive.

TRADING AND POSITION STRUCTURE

The EA can execute up to three trading opportunities per day. Each trading opportunity is executed as two separate positions rather than a single position.

The first position uses the larger portion of the calculated exposure, while the second position uses a smaller, conservative portion. Both positions are opened as part of the same trading opportunity and use the same Stop Loss and Take Profit levels.

The two-position structure allows the larger and conservative portions of a trade to remain separately identifiable in the trading account. Buyers should take this structure into account when monitoring positions or applying any manual trade management.

Position sizing is balance-based and adjusts the calculated exposure as the account balance changes. The exact lot sizes are determined by the EA's position-sizing and money-management settings.

Each individual position is limited to 0.60 lots. The maximum combined exposure for the two positions is 1.20 lots per trading opportunity.

For example, when a trading opportunity is generated, the EA does not open one position and internally divide it into two parts. It opens two separate positions, with the larger position receiving the greater portion of the calculated exposure and the conservative position receiving the smaller portion.

Version 8 uses a 1.5 x ATR Stop Loss buffer. The EA also includes a time-based Emergency Close for positions that remain open beyond the programmed duration.

BROKER CONFIGURATION

The following configurations have been tested:

XM Global Symbol: GOLD SAST Offset Hours: -2 Recommended minimum deposit: $1,000

IC Markets Symbol: XAUUSD SAST Offset Hours: -2 Recommended minimum deposit: $1,500

Exness Symbol: XAUUSDm SAST Offset Hours: 0 Recommended minimum deposit: $1,000

The minimum deposits above are configuration recommendations for the tested broker environments. Equivalent amounts in another account currency may be used.

Broker server time, symbol specifications, execution conditions, liquidity and other trading conditions can differ. Therefore, results may vary between brokers and account configurations.

TRADING PERIOD

The strategy is designed for operation from the second week of February onward. January and the first week of February are excluded from the recommended operating period.

For Strategy Tester evaluations intended to represent the recommended operating conditions, testing should begin from the second week of February.

This seasonal recommendation is specific to the strategy and does not guarantee profitable results during any subsequent period.

IMPORTANT SETTINGS

InpAllowedSymbols determines which instruments the EA is permitted to trade.

SAST Offset Hours is used to align the EA's trading periods with broker server time. The value should correspond to the broker configuration being used.

Position sizing, money management and other trading behaviour settings can be adjusted through the EA inputs.

Before activating the EA, verify the trading symbol, InpAllowedSymbols, SAST Offset Hours and the remaining input parameters.

INSTALLATION

Place the EA in the MetaTrader 5 Experts directory and restart MetaTrader 5 or refresh the Navigator.

Open the intended Gold trading symbol and attach LumaForge Scalper to the chart.

Enable Algo Trading and open the EA Inputs. Confirm that the correct symbol is included in InpAllowedSymbols and enter the appropriate SAST Offset Hours value for the broker.

A reliable VPS is recommended when continuous operation is required.

STRATEGY TESTER

When evaluating the EA in the Strategy Tester, use the same broker-specific symbol, SAST Offset Hours and account configuration intended for live operation.

The recommended minimum deposits also apply to Strategy Tester testing under the intended account configuration.

BACKTEST AND DEMO RESULTS

Historical Strategy Tester results and Demo trading results are provided on the product page for evaluation.

These results show historical performance under the tested conditions. They should not be considered a guarantee of future performance.

RISK DISCLOSURE

LumaForge Scalper is an automated trading system and cannot guarantee profits or prevent losses. Stop Loss, Take Profit, automatic position sizing and the Emergency Close are designed to manage trading exposure, but they cannot eliminate market risk.

The 1.5 x ATR Stop Loss buffer used in Version 8 was introduced to reduce the size of individual losing trades and exposure per opportunity. Reducing exposure can also reduce potential total profit compared with a configuration using a wider Stop Loss.

Backtest results, optimization results and historical broker performance do not guarantee future results. Live execution can differ because of market behaviour, liquidity, spreads, slippage, execution conditions, broker specifications, server time and other factors.

The recommended minimum deposits are guidelines for the tested configurations and do not guarantee account protection or a particular level of performance.

The trader is responsible for selecting an appropriate broker, account size, leverage, position sizing, symbol, settings and operating conditions.

LumaForge Scalper is designed to trade selectively. It does not need to open positions continuously, and it may remain inactive when its required market conditions are not present.
