Axonshift EA MT5

It's a very good and strong EA! But because it doesn't use AI, you should turn it off on Friday (and the low-liquidity periods like around New Year). You also shouldn't use a higher risk Level than 2. All the stoplosses, about which people complain here, were hit on a Friday (or Dec 29, right before New Years Eve which always is a low liquidity trap).

Developer Behavior: Total silence. Despite my efforts to provide free R&D and help him improve the product, the developer has ghosted me. I sent him technical fixes on December 26th; he briefly replied on January 6th stating he would check them, but as of January 19th, he hasn’t even read my follow-up messages. This proves a complete lack of accountability, professional integrity, and technical maturity. DO NOT BUY

Appalling performance live. Lost 30% of the account in one go on default settings. News filter did not work either and developer refused to acknowledge it. Morover, developer removes instances of bad performance from the back test by updating the EA. Fraudulent behaviour.

This robot destroyed my account (with risk level 5 and then risk level 4). It wiped it out three times in the last month. By wiped out, I mean truly wiped it out. With the original settings, it has a stop loss set at 3100, which brings the account below zero. So, if you have a broker with a 0% stopout, you'll truly lose everything. But on the other hand, to make it profitable, you can't have a broker with higher stopouts, because it often needs all the available capital to keep the position open (ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT RISK 4 AND 5, which are the most profitable). In these three events, it opened positions at points where the trend had run out of steam, violently turning in the opposite direction. The incredible thing is that the trades where it loses are very few; the ratio for the last year is 22 out of 460, from April 14, 2024 to November 19, 2025. The occasions where it loses everything, according to the tests, are only April 15, 2024, June 16, 2025, and November 28, 2025 (where it makes two trades and loses 90% each with a risk of 4). But the tests do not show other events, which unfortunately do happen, in which the bot resets your account (always speaking of risk levels 4 and 5, while with risk levels 3, 2, and 1, it doesn't lose everything, but on those occasions it reaches the maximum loss set with that risk). Some events where it lost everything have disappeared from the tests: November 14, 2025, and November 20, 2025, which reset my account by making two 100% incorrect trades on both dates. There are two possibilities: either this bot is immature, or it's a scam. The annoying thing is that if you test it, it makes millions of euros; in reality, it burns them. I bought it because I tested it in demo mode before buying it, and in tests, it's exceptional. It even made some exceptional trades, the problem is that the losses (when they occur) are devastating. I sincerely hope these things are due to the fact that it needs updates, because I really believed in this bot, and deep down, I still do. I hope Maxim manages to make it profitable and eliminate those devastating events as well.

I know that risks 4 and 5 are very high risk, and I was prepared to suffer the consequences, but I didn't believe so many times in such a short time xD.

I tested this EA for two weeks on XAUUSD H1 across multiple demo accounts (ICMarkets, AMarkets, FP Markets). Unfortunately, the performance was consistently poor. Profits are very small while losses are significantly larger. Just a few losing trades can easily wipe out most of the gains, and a short losing streak is enough to put the entire account at risk. The risk-to-reward ratio is unbalanced and the drawdowns are far beyond acceptable levels. Based on my tests, I cannot recommend using this EA on a real account. It is too easy to blow an account with only a handful of losing trades.

Great EA, the best at all ! Few trades about 2-3 week, but 98% positif. I used it during 3 month and very happy. Be careful of Risk management. The author, is very responsive and nice (it's important) for support ! Great Product !

Axonshift is an excellent Expert Advisor (EA) within the MQL5 market. While it doesn't execute many trades per week, its entries are safe, well-selected, and have clear objectives. Most notably, it executes its trades with low risk, delivering solid and consistent profits over time. It's clear that Mr. Máximo Kurochkin has developed a very well-structured Expert Advisor. Furthermore, I want to express my sincere gratitude for his constant support during the setup process. He was always willing to help and answer questions. Axonshift doesn't promise to get rich overnight, but it does offer a stable, reliable, and technically sound growth path. Highly recommended.

AxonShift appears to take only high quality trades. Only 2-3 trades a week. So far, I have not had a losing trade. Also the developer is responsive. I recommend it. Edit: Update 23/11/25. I have had a trade hit full stoploss which wiped out all previous profits. I've also experienced a stoploss hit on Zenith around the same time. For this reason I can no longer make this review 5 stars.

Although Axonshift doesn't make many trades, it captures market trends and volatility exceptionally well and delivers high performance. Thank you for making such an excellent EA available to the public.

i LOVE Axonshift. it's really precise, i feel comfortable using it. it has only been profitable for me. i am very happy with this purchase. Maxim is very supportive and i highly recommend it.

Revaluation: I used the Axonshift EA for two months and had excellent results, however on November 14th I took a stop loss that almost wiped out my account. The problem is that this stop loss didn't appear in the backtest, and I wonder if there were other stop losses before and if it's really possible to trust it.

Ive bought EA Axonshift 2 months ago, since then there is no losses at all. Maxim is very helpful, he can answer all the questions regarding settings. I have compared real trades of Axonshift with backtest and can say that all results have no difference (neither by numbers, nor by time). Its great. I will continue to monitor EA performance and I hope it will be this stable and profitable in the future.

BEWARE!! SCAMMER & OVERFIT EAs Long story short: Maxim’s EAs are all overfit & have huge stop losses. Your account will eventually have large losses. He’s also likely scamming all of us knowing his EAs are not good. I purchased Axonshift about 3 months ago, then later on Zenith & Vectorprime. Axonshift did well for a couple months. It was trading significantly less than backtests (BT), but it still did ok. Then around mid-November, everything fell apart. Axonshift hit a stop loss (SL), and another trade went within 5 pips of SL less than a week later. Then Vectorprime hit SL, then Zenith hit SL. All of this was within 2 weeks. Mind you, that the win rates for these EAs are 99%+. These EAs are massively overfit, and have crazy reward to risk ratios, where you need 90%+ win rates usually just to break even. These 3 EAs trade VERY similarly. I see them as copies of each other with different entry times. They were all released within a week of each other. I believe this was to maximize profits. If quality was the focus, he would have continued to develop Axonshift only. After I purchased his 4th EA, ZenovaFx, I negatively reviewed it to prevent other people from losing massive amounts of money. ZenovaFx, like the others, had 99%+ win rate. Believe it or not, the very first live trade after publication was a full blown SL. Anyone running risk level 2 would have instantly lost 63% of their account. Risk level 1 would have lost 20%. A little after this point, Maxim knew the EA was a failure and removed it completely from MQL5. You can still search for the signal account, which is still live under Maxim’s profile. He abandoned the project a mere 2 weeks after release when it failed, instead of improving it or refunding customers (this would have been the ethical thing to do). Here’s where things get interesting. Another customer of Maxim reached out to me to point out something strange. Another MQL5 seller by the name “Solomon Din” published the signal for ZenovaFx (with Maxim as author) on Nov. 21, 2025. This was 1 day before Maxim released ZenovaFx (Nov. 22, 2025). How is this possible if “Solomon Din” wasn’t Maxim, or at least affiliated with Maxim? Very peculiar. Furthermore, Solomon Din also has project abandonment (Starspire Capital AI EA & Luminar AI Chat EA) issues and recently released a new EA (CryonX) that operates strikingly similar to Maxim’s EAs. Could it be just coincidence? My beliefs: Maxim has multiple accounts selling similar overfit EAs to people, he knows the EAs don’t work so his business is scamming people into buying them. Do your own research people. It’s all out there if you go and look. Don’t buy his EAs. Some stats: Axonshift Backtest win rate: 99.55% TP: 45 pips SL: 310 pips 87.34% win rate needed to stay even. 1:6.9 reward to risk that ends up being even worse than this since most trades close at breakeven. Lost 3 out of last 10 trades, which means it needs a straight 21+ trades going to full TP to breakeven. Live trading winrate: 70% Vectorprime Backtest win rate: 99.48% TP: 27 pips SL: 310 pips 1:11.6 reward to risk that ends up being even worse than this since most trades close at breakeven. 92.06% win rate needed to stay even. Lost 2 out of last 9 trades, which means it needs a straight 23+ trades going to full TP to breakeven. Live winrate: 78% Zenith Backtest winrate: 99.00% TP: 5.7 pips SL: 49.8 pips 89.69% win rate needed to stay even. 1:8.7 reward to risk that ends up being even worse than this since most trades close at breakeven. I've been using Axxonshift for more than a week. It doesn't trade every day, but when it does, it is accurate and it brings in profit with little or no loss. Overall this EA works great!

It's been one month since live trading began. With $500, risk setting at 1, lots automatically set to 0.03, all trades closed with profits, and monthly returns are nearly 20%. I'll post the results in the comments. The EA I received as a bonus also contributed. The carefully selected entries are excellent too. I look forward to continued success.

As others have noted, stop losses occurred consecutively.

While a high win rate can recover losses, consecutive stop losses cause significant drawdowns, requiring careful capital and lot size management.

I tested the demo results against the signal provided results and also my 2 weeks real results against test results during the same period and everything matches. Particularly the trades opening are almost the same and the trades exit as well. In any case, the results are positive up to now so, although the frequency is not high, I am satisfied with the Axonshift EA. The support is fast; every question has been answered promptly.

If you’re a trader looking for a gold-focused EA that emphasises discipline, structured logic, and risk-control (rather than high-frequency or high-risk schemes), AxonShift EA MT5 is a strong candidate. After three months I’m comfortable leaving it running in the background, and I see it as a valuable part of my automation toolkit.

I've been running axonshift, for 2 months, and its my favorite of all EAs. always trades favorable set ups, ive even set the trailing to more than the default, because i trust it and get more profits out of that. you did a great job with this one maxim!
