Orders for indicators development - outdated

Hello MQL5 community, I've rebuilt a indicator on www.tradingview.com. I've trying to know implement the indicator to MT4. Many people said they can't do it or they'll try. I need someone that is willing to do it and is good at coding. The script on tradingview that I rebuilt is only 6 lines. It can't be that hard to convert to MT4? hello everyone i have an indicator that provides buy an sell signals on closing bar, the only problem is that when the bar closes an the new bar begins it provides signal late. i would like it to provide signal in the beginning of new bar. i dont want no extra signals provided, just want the same settings but want it to alert on closing bar but in the beginning of new candle. also I DO NOT HAVE THE SOURCE CODE CAN IT
