MT4 Signal mapping not correctly

hello,

 

 

I have subscribed to a signal on MT4  that places an ".sm" at the end of every forex symbol ("EURUSD.sm" for example). However, my MT4 terminal does not recognize that symbol. Is there a way to get MT4 to recognize the symbol from that signal? So when it receives a signal it can match it to ("EURUSD.r" for example)

 

Error : Signal - position #335652 Sell 0.75 EURJPY.sm at 126.506 skipped as no symbol found

My broker uses the suffix  .r

Contact the signal provider and/or the broker and ask if this mapping should work.

Otherwise, you should use another broker.
