Signal - failed parse signals

Hi, I've just started to review the Signals and have tried to subscribe to a couple of free signals.  But I'm getting the same message in Journal entry in Metatrader 4.482.  The message I'm getting is  Signal - failed parse signals.  I'm am doing this on a live account.  Everything seems to be OK.

2013.03.22 17:34:59 'xxxxxx': Signal - ping to signal server 31 ms, to trade server 98 ms
2013.03.22 17:34:59 'xxxxxx': Signal - synchronization finished successfully
2013.03.22 17:34:59 'xxxxxx': Signal - percentage for volume conversion selected according to the ratio of balances and leverages, new value 1%
2013.03.22 17:34:59 'xxxxxx': Signal - subscriber has balance 993.72 USD, leverage 1:100
2013.03.22 17:34:59 'xxxxxx': Signal - signal provider has balance 216 213.75 USD, leverage 1:100
2013.03.22 17:34:59 'xxxxxx': Signal - money management: use 5% of deposit, equity limit: 0.00 USD, deviation/slippage: 0.5 spreads, copy SL/TP: disabled

and then I get the error message.  is this because I'm using Metatrader 4 and it just won't work with that version?  Can anyone throw any light on this for me please?

I think the better is to report this to Service Desk, I don't have any idea of the problem.

May I change the broker for a subscribed MT4 signal? The experation date is far away. Or have I to pay a second time if I do so?

I think you have to subscribe a second time and stop your first. Can anyone confirm ?
