Good day. Why can't I subscribe to a signal via the terminal if I have enough money on my balance? I click the subscribe button for 20USD and nothing happens. I tried to subscribe to free signals through another account - everything goes as it should. Can someone explain. There is another question - if I entered money only to copy signals and I can't do it how can I get my money back to my account? Thanks in advance.

After clicking on the "Sign for ..." button, you need to choose a payment method (there are 7 methods in your screenshot).

I think it is somehow illogical. To subscribe, you should click not on the green button labelled subscribe, but on the button with the MQL5 logo. You guys are great - I figured it out, but you have not heard about the intuitive interface in mql:)

You can subscribe only one signal per trading account.

So what are we talking about - I can't subscribe to the first and only signal. I logged in under another account - the same problem.

I understand that my problem is not so widespread, but on a demo account I could set up copying from any account, but on a live account I can't. And how can I ask for help to check the status of my account - maybe there are some restrictions on it?

I pressed everything correctly. But the nail is probably in another way.
