2016.02.25 11:29:13.578 '6015616': Signal - error purchasing product [165397] - attempt to subscribe to foreign signal, broker enabled only own signals
If I understand correctly, Alpari has deprived me of the ability to subscribe to signals that do not come from its platform?
Hmm. Then why does the signal appear when I select "my" broker (I select the Alpari Standard 2 server)?
Because you have apparently (you do not provide a log file of the "Log" tab, so I can only guess what actions you are doing on your side) connected to a native trading server.
But when you are connected to a trading server other than Alpari and try to subscribe to a signal from the Alpari trading server, you will receive this error:
Conclusions about the advisability of choosing such a server are self-evident.
Sorry, can I ask how to access and attach the log file of the log tab here?
Here's how to paste a few lines from the Log:
And from Terminal Help: Log.
Here are all the entries tagged "Signal"
No need to be amateurish. All information in the log file is important.
I think I'm starting to guess. I created (for the sake of a test) my own signal, and the author of the signal can't be a subscriber at the same time, right?
Yes, that's correct.
And please don't spread one thought over several posts (don't flood) - it's better to collect your thoughts and write your question in one post .
Thanks for your help in any case, I will go to delete my signal.
