Figured it out. I selected the MQL5 payment method, but after entering the password and clicking the pay button, the [subscribe_failed] message comes out.

... Are you sure you are trying to subscribe to the real signal from real? What is written in the terminal log (please attach the log file from the Log folder for the problematic day)?
