Rules of the Signals service. Quote:

Payment for subscription is automatically withdrawn from the Subscriber's account in advance for the whole subscription period at the moment of Subscription registration.

...
In case of cancellation of paid subscription by the Subscriber the money for it will not be returned.
 
Why the system skip the order that I have copy from the signal provider as no symbol found while I have already open the eurusd window?

I am interested in this question. Transactions are sometimes duplicated when opening, then automatically disappear into minus. The terminal is on VPS and opened at home on a computer, when used without VPS such a problem was not. Is it possible that the reason is that 2 terminals are open - on the computer and VPS. The same problem 2 people besides me

Please check "Service" -> "Settings" -> "Signals" in the local terminal. Subscription to signals should be disabled in the local terminal.

During such "... sometimes ..." do you connect to the same trading account on your computer? Is the subscription to signals active in the terminal settings at these moments?
 
Can you tell me, if I bought signals from a provider, can I use them only on 1 account or on several accounts? If only on 1 account, do I have to pay a subscription fee to copy them to each new account?

When you pay for the subscription, you sign a trading account. Therefore, the signal subscription is used only on one trading account.

Yes. Each subscription must be paid for.
