Trying to subscribe to a signal, I get an error in the log.
Signal - error purchasing product [126288] - attempt to subscribe to foreign signal, broker enabled only own signals
Do I understand correctly that my broker (Alpari) has banned subscription to foreign signals and only allows me to subscribe to my own signals, or can this error be caused by something else?

Rather, not your own signals, but any signals from their (Alpari) accounts.
This is to prevent slippage.
But it would be better to check with them.

I can't subscribe to a signal from MT-4. I click the subscribe button for 20$ in the signals shop and nothing happens (the signal subscription confirmation window does not appear). What to do? (MQL5 is authorised in the program). MT4 is installed on a VPS server.
