Again, another question. The first part of the subscription was successful. I selected the desired signal, clicked "start copying", MT4 opened, there I selected "subscribe for 20", payment MKL5, entered the password, clicked pay and oppa! The money in the terminal is debited, but here $20 is "frozen". There is no subscription in the terminal, but there is a subscription here.

Good day. Why can't I subscribe to a signal via the terminal if I have enough money on my balance? I click the subscribe button for 20USD and nothing happens. I tried to subscribe to free signals through another account - everything goes as it should. Can someone explain. There is another question - if I entered money only to copy signals and I can't do it how can I get my money back to my account? Thanks in advance.
