The first line - an instant execution order was opened for AUDUSD and the second highlighted line shows that the MACD Expert Advisor was removed from the AUDUSD, H1 chart. There is no fault of the signals service here - there is a clear presence of MACD Expert Advisor on the AUDUSD chart and 99% that it was the Expert Advisor that opened the order (or you manually).Now let's look at the log, the lines that are highlighted in colour:

Copying has worked - you can see it from the log file (probably you have updated Windows XP to SP3). Copying will work from Monday. I see that you rented shared hosting - shared hosting also has a log file and it is useful to look at it to see which transactions were copied.

Hello, service dec is silent, I write here, I can not subscribe to the signal. I do everything the same as with previous subscriptions, but the subscription does not happen, the following messages are displayed in the log:
2015.09.28 18:42:14.259 '1448120': Signal - error purchasing product '???i' [129499] -
2015.09.28 18:42:10.022 '1448120': Signal - start subscription in the payment system 'MQL5.Community' of the signal 'Tashimi' for 25.00 $
2015.09.28 18:42:09.591 '1448120': Signal - selected 'MQL5.Community' payment system to subscription signal 'Tashimi' for 25.00 $
Please help me to understand.
