Tried to subsribe to a MT4 signal few times. It is always failed when it comes to payment. Either I choose mql5, visa, paypal. After clicking the payment method, instead of opening a payment windows, the system will say that Subcscrition Failed. Tried it on some other signals too and the result is the same.

I always login with my mql5 ID. never login with my email nor FB

Maybe there is something wrong with your way of payment, all other users don't seem to have a problem depositing money into their MQL5 account.
The only issue that is currently under repair is the withdrawal through Webmoney.

I don't have a PC yet can this signal service work on my phone even if am offline?
In MT5 mobile app you can subscribe to MQL5.com signals and receive the trades through MQL5 VPS, without having your phone open.
